ACTION  PLAN FOR 5 YEARS

( 2010 – 2015 )

OUR PLAN IS TO :

have 85%   Of Members who has special skills in Filmmaking
have 85%  Of Members who has an experience in difference courses
have over 20 permanent, salaried and insured workers
have at least one branch out of Kigali
own  an office
have professional equipment of filmmaking
have a video library that can distribute our videos

N.B. This Plan is evaluated every year

January To April

train at least 5 person

make one film in this Term

increase the marketing of our products

May To August

increase the marketing of our products

train at least 5 person

produce one film for international

and local festival in this term

buy new equipments :

- one Computer

- four professional lights

Workshop for A.T.F.Rwanda members

September To November

increase the marketing of our products

Summer screening

To introduce new workers trained by A.T.F.Rwanda

make one film in this Term

Youth-Camp and Baptist Church`s Workshop

buy new equipments :

• Printer
• Tripod
• Camera and Sound mixer
